Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 to 18:00 and Saturday 9:00 to 15:00. The emergency line at (212) 201-9201 is answered 24 hours, and an after-hours technician is dispatched when a system is fully down. Routine work, quotes and installations are scheduled inside business hours.
A business-hours diagnostic visit runs $150 to $300 and is credited toward the repair if you approve it on the same visit. Most completed repairs land between $250 and $800 including parts. We confirm the price in writing before starting work.

Yes. AC Repair NYC is a registered New York City HVAC contractor with liability and workers' compensation coverage, and our technicians hold EPA Section 608 certification. Certificate copies are provided on request and for co-op or condo board submissions.
Yes. We handle board paperwork, certificates of insurance addressed to the managing agent and building access scheduling. Tell us the managing agent when you request the quote and we prepare the documents before the technician arrives.
