Scope
What we do and do not do
We describe our scope precisely because a service business that says yes to everything ends up delivering none of it well.
- We do: residential and commercial AC repair, ductless mini-split installation, heat pump service, PTAC fleet work, furnace repair and planned maintenance.
- We do: written diagnostic reports, insurance certificates, co-op paperwork and landlord accounts.
- We do not do: chiller plants over 25 tons, walk-in refrigeration, gas piping alterations, ductwork fabrication from scratch.
- We do not: promise round-the-clock shop hours we do not staff, invent aggregate ratings, publish fake reviews or push replacement over repair.
