What this means for you
You can verify us before booking. Every license number, insurance policy and technician certification listed here corresponds to a real record with the issuing authority. Ask on the phone or by email and we will send the reference IDs; we do not treat this as sensitive information because it is public in the licensing databases.
Insurance is issued in your name, not ours. If your building requires a certificate of insurance naming the managing agent or the co-op corporation, we issue it. Some contractors send a generic COI with just their own name — a legitimate managing agent will not accept that.
Refrigerant work requires EPA Section 608. Any technician who charges, recovers or evacuates refrigerant on your equipment without a valid EPA 608 certification is breaking federal law. Ask to see the card. We are used to it.
