Yes. Rooftop units, PTACs and commercial split systems are scheduled pre-opening or overnight so the floor stays open. Tell us your trading hours when you call and we book around them.
Which commercial equipment do you cover?
Rooftop package units, commercial split systems, ductless multi-zone systems and PTACs in hotels and small residential-commercial mixed buildings. Walk-in refrigeration and very large chiller plants are outside our scope and we will say so.
Do you provide certificates of insurance for our landlord?
Yes, before the first visit. Send the certificate holder details with your request and we prepare the documentation ahead of the technician's arrival.
Can we set up planned maintenance?
Yes. Planned visits run $180 to $420 per unit depending on type and access, scheduled around your calendar. We keep per-unit history so recurring faults are treated as a pattern rather than isolated calls.
